This neighborhood located north of Camp Bowie in the Ridglea corridor of The boulevard. This modest neighborhood stretches east and west along with Camp Bowie and is bound on the north by I-30. The community was mostly developed by the Luther Brothers & Wilson Company and features the widely used and popular Berney Park. Homes range in size throughout this neighborhood, featuring stately large homes alongside smaller one-story homes, some dating to the 1940s.
