This modest neighborhood is anchored by Arlington Heights High School, I-30, and Vickery Blvd. Developed in the 1940s, the neighborhood was once home to railyard workers. Today, the established community is made up of small one-story homes and historically has been predominately Hispanic. In recent years the neighborhood has benefited from a renaissance with homes being revitalized and updated.
